Crochet Workshop: Celebrating the Blue Whale

Crochet away

Join us below the blue whale in the newly reopened Hintze Hall for this extraordinary workshop led by the designers from TOFT.

Calling all crafters: join us for this special crochet workshop beneath the Museum's spectacular blue whale in Hintze Hall.

We've teamed up with designer Kerry Lord from TOFT, the luxury British knitwear and wool company, to bring you a crochet extravaganza - ideal for all levels of ability.

Working with a pattern and wool created for the occasion, you'll be guided by Kerry and her colleagues, who'll be on hand throughout the evening. Get expert tuition on how to read a crochet pattern, make the components, and sew it all together.

You'll also bring home the unique blue whale crochet kit - worth £30 - including wool, stuffing, crochet hook, sewing-up accessories and the exclusive pattern.

Absolute beginner? Don't worry - your hands are in safe hands.
