Dino Snores for Kids - Christmas Special
Christmas at the Museum
Experience Christmas at the Museum, VIP style. A night at the Museum with a festive twist that would make the perfect Christmas present.
What's the best way to celebrate Christmas at the Museum?
This sleepover is an excellent opportunity for kids aged seven to 11 to explore the Museum after dark in a special Christmas setting. They'll take part in fun, educational activities with a Christmas touch and discover our T. rex hidden in shadows.
There is plenty to discover and learn during your stay at the Museum.
- explore a torch-lit trail
- get creative with a dinosaur T-shirt-making workshop
- dig deeper with an educational science show presented by a Museum scientist
- hear a Christmas carol performance
- meet live reindeer
- receive a goody bag for children and adults
A tasty hot meal will be served midway through your evening, to keep your energy up for the exciting activities ahead.
Sleep under iconic exhibits
At midnight, it's time to settle down to sleep under the spectacular blue whale skeleton in Hintze Hall.
Rise and shine
The following morning breakfast is served bright and early, before a visit from a special guest and his helpers. There will also be a chance to meet live reindeer and their expert handlers and to explore some of our galleries before the Museum opens to the public at 10.00.
The event is ideal for larger groups or birthday parties and accompanying adults will enjoy it too.
